Inspired by Deep Soul mandala and the Logo of head and heart yoga 

Yoga is Union ~ To Yoke. A practice of constant gentle reminders that we are divine beings and through the magic of yoga we can find our connection to our eternal, true selves and experience small glimpses of enlightenment, as if we are all connected.

The Ying yang symbol in the centre is the concept of bringing our lives into balance, embracing all life experiences with non-attachment and acceptance. This makes me love the idea of bringing our lives into harmony with all that surrounds us and with setting higher intentions, we have the possibility of bringing blissful energy to all beings, human and animal.
The little hearts through the mandala connect me to Head and Heart Yoga studio and symbolise the strength of love we can manifest and the love held within that sacred space of spiritual practice
